Well i very much want to write a journal, though i do not have any idea of what to type into it that makes me a little sad

lots of people should talk to me because i get Very sad when i have no messages, but then when i have some i get all happy and warm and smile lots.
am i doing the right thing in here?? or should i maybe be writing something elses?? oh dear, i hope im not breaking the system
